Please read these terms carefully before confirming your Signature Hummers booking.

Bookings and confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit and written confirmation from Signature Hummers. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
Deposit and payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the hire date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Cancellation and changes
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the hire date will forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations within 14 days of the hire date may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the total booking value. Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested in writing.
Passenger conduct
All passengers are required to behave in a respectful and lawful manner throughout the hire period. Signature Hummers reserves the right to terminate the hire without refund if passengers engage in disruptive, dangerous or unlawful behaviour. The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all passengers in their party.
Alcohol and BYO
Responsible BYO alcohol is permitted on most bookings for passengers aged 18 and over. We do not supply alcohol. Excessive drinking that results in damage to the vehicle or endangers other passengers will result in immediate termination of the hire.
Damage to the vehicle
The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers during the hire period. Costs for cleaning, repair or replacement of damaged items will be charged to the hirer.
Punctuality and delays
We will make every reasonable effort to be on time. Signature Hummers is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, mechanical issues beyond our control or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible of any expected delay.
Liability
Signature Hummers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to any hirer shall not exceed the total amount paid for the hire.
Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from a booking with Signature Hummers shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
